Information you provide

When you request an inspection, we collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, zip code, residential or commercial owner type, and any optional message you provide. Basin, our form processor, also records submission metadata such as the time and IP address.

We use this information to respond to your request, schedule and provide the inspection, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and communicate about related Solar Scapes services when you have chosen to receive those messages. We do not sell inspection-request information.

Calls, texts, and email

Submitting the form authorizes Solar Scapes to call, text, or email you about the inspection you requested. Message and data rates may apply.

Marketing messages are optional. They are sent only when you select the separate marketing checkbox. You can unsubscribe from email or reply STOP to a marketing text at any time. Reply HELP for help. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your inspection request.

Form and security providers

Basin processes the form for Solar Scapes. Solar Scapes limits access to authorized team members, and the current Basin setting retains submissions for 10 years. Basin does not use these submissions to train its spam filter.

Cloudflare Turnstile loads when the form approaches the screen or when you choose a link that moves to the form. It processes browser and device signals to distinguish people from abusive traffic. A Turnstile token is sent with the form submission.

Analytics status

Plausible, Cloudflare Web Analytics, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity are not active on this campaign site. They do not receive information from this site while they remain disabled.

If Solar Scapes enables analytics later, this policy and the site's privacy controls will be updated before those tools run.

Retention

Basin submissions are currently retained for 10 years. The inactive analytics providers listed above do not receive or retain information from this campaign site.

Your choices

Because analytics is not active, the site does not currently display an analytics preference control. Basin and Turnstile still operate when needed to process and protect an inspection request.

If analytics is enabled later, the site will provide the applicable privacy controls and honor Global Privacy Control for Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

Security, children, and changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. This campaign is intended for property owners and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy when our practices or providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
